Ordering a bed from us is easy! Just head to our ‘shop’ page and look through our range of quality, hand-made custom children’s beds, once you have found one you like, you’ll see a range of options to customise the bed of your child’s dreams.

After you have selected your customised options, add to the cart and follow the instructions from there.

Upon checkout, you’ll be offered two payment options; Pay in full or Pay a 10% deposit and the balance upon delivery.

When we receive your order, we’ll be in touch to confirm delivery options and discuss any additional requirements you may have.

As soon as your order has been received and validated, we’ll contact you to discuss your purchase and to give you an approximate delivery & installation date.

The average lead time on our beds is 8 to 10 weeks. This can sometimes increase to as much as 20 weeks, although we will keep you informed at the point of purchase or you’re more than welcome to contact us on Facebook or through our contact page, before you order.

We now deliver throughout most of the UK and charges vary by county and postcode.

We understand that choosing the dream custom bed for your child is a big decision, so we have a really handy “wishlist” feature on our website that will allow you to shortlist beds that you like.

If you create a free account with us, your wishlist will be saved and you can even share it via email, whatsapp or social media with friends and family members.

We accept PayPal and/or all major credit and debit cards – Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, Diner’s Club, and JCB.

As a custom built product, your item is non-refundable, unless it is damaged on delivery or faulty.

It is a question we get asked fairly often, however, we currently do not offer finance or payment plans.

At the point of check out, you’ll be offered two payment options;

If you select “Pay a 10% deposit”, you’ll be required to pay the balance upon delivery.


Our beds are made with high quality, moisture resistant, 18mm Medite Premium MDF and timber frame work, plus added safety bars for bunk beds and additional safety features i.e. a stair gate can be added if needed.

Our beds are made to standard British sizes; Single size: 190cm x 90cm and Double size 190cm x 137cm.

NOTE: For safety reasons the maximum depth of your mattress used in our beds should be 16cm. Our Triple Bunk Bed bottom, middle and top bunk 10cm.

Adding a slide to your child’s bed will add approximately 47cm on to the length.

Please consult the “dimensions” tab on the product page for more information of the original bed size without the slide.

Absolutely! You can choose to have your stairs on the left or the right.

Some of our beds also offer you the chance to have your stairs on the front of the bed, which can help reduce the overall length of the bed.

Unless otherwise listed, all of our beds are sealed and spray painted by hand to ensure an even and clear finish.


Whilst your child might not be so keen to share their dream bed with a parent, it is perfectly possible.

Our beds are incredibly sturdy and as long as they are not misused, they will stand the test of time!

Though our beds are made for children, they can take the weight of an adult up to 85kg.

We make beds for children aged 3+; however, high sleepers and upper bunks on bunk beds are suitable for children aged 6+, as per RoSPA Safety Regulations.
